The Office Choice Image Downloader allows users to automatically download missing product images from the Office Choice web servers. This program will scan your product masterfile and where a linked image file cannot be found, it will attempt to download it and save it into BBS for future use. A report is produced to show all images that were successfully downloaded, and all images that failed to download. Where an image fails to download, it is likely that the image name is incorrect in the product masterfile. Incorrect image names should be removed from products so that the correct image name can be inserted when the next Product Data Update is run.

It is good practice to run the missing image downloader after performing a Product Data Update.
